Some of you may remember us requesting old wedding dresses. Why may you ask? Well, these dresses are being changed by our wonderful seamstresses, into gowns for miscarried and stillborn babies, and hearts (parents get sent two hearts, one goes with their stillborn baby and the other is kept by the parent).

People who are being supported by the charity are able to get in touch with The Mariposa Trust / Saying Goodbye and request an outfit for their much-loved baby to be dress ... ed in, or they can request the Aurelia heart set.

If you have a dress sitting in your loft. would you consider donating it to us (the dress does need to be sent clean)? Can there be anything more special than seeing your dress, turned into a gift of love to a bereaved parent that Saying Goodbye has supported?

(We also need ribbon, lace and pretty buttons if people have them spare - in white, cream or baby colours please - Ribbon from 4mm to 2cm width)
