Chapter 39
.
I woke up in the morning and Bongane wasn't in front of me.
I took a deep breath while blushing
I took my phone and found his text
Him: goodmorning babe,I am sorry I had to leave you and I wish I hadn't left.I had a wonderful night.I love you
I sat in my bed and thought about the night before.What we did was soo wrong.
I woke up packed all my clothes then took a bath
I was kinda scared to go downstairs,what if someone saw Bonga got in my room or saw him when he left.But they where all drunk soo they where fast asleep they couldn't here a thing
I eventually went down and found Linda drinking coffee looking awful
Me: Morning
Her: Morning
Me: Are you okay?
Her: Nah,babalaza .I'm not feeling well at all
Me: Let me make u something that will make u feel a lot better
I made this other shake and we both drank it even though it wasn't nice.
Her: so how was last night?
Me: last night?
Her: Yeah
Me; I had a wonderful time with you guys
She laughed
Her: I mean you and Bonga (she whispered)
Me: Uhhmm
Her: Girl I've seen how you two look at each other,last night was even worse.I saw him sneaking in your room and defineatly heard him when he left
Me: Geez don't u ever sleep?
She laughed
Her: No boo and don't worry,the secrete is safe with me
Me: it better be safe
Later we left
We arrived after some hours.I went to Tyler's house but I wasn't staying I was gonna sleep at the hotel.And they had no say because they saw the tension between me and Ntombi and clearly Tyler is choosing her over me because he would've put her into place a long time ago if he wanted to.But I ignored it and called an Uber to fetch me.Nkuli was in Durban,he will be back the other week and that really made me sad.The distance between us was just too much now sister of groom dresses
The Uber came and Tyler helped me with the bags to the car.We walked to the side since he wanted to talk to me
Him: I am sorry that things turned out this way
Me: What do u want Tyler
I was really annoyed honestly,The way Ntombi bosses him around really pissed me off for real.
He saw that I didn't wanna talk to him
Him: just take this
He took out a gun from his pocket
Me: Tyler no
Him: you need this Kea,Bonga will come fetch you tomorrow and he will teach you how to use this.
I took it and put in my bag then left
The next day
Bonga called and he said he will come fetch me I should Send him my location.
I took a bath and dressed up
He called saying he's outside
I went to his car
Him: hi
Me: Hey
Him: I think u should go stay with Nolwazi
Me: I'm not going anywhere,i am tired of accupying other peoples space.I will deal with whatever comes my way.I am tired of people having to protect me
He kept quite and we drove away
We arrived at the place
He taught me how to use the gun and I was kinda good at it
I took defence classes when I was in Mauritius which was part of my counselling so I knew how to defend myself.
After the practise he dropped me to my place.
A month passed
Nothing happened to me
I have moved back with Nkuli but different apartment.Bongane told me that the people will come for me when I am least expecting it so I should always be careful.About Bonga,he has been a bit distant ever since I told him that I have moved back with.Tyler I haven't spoke with him either.
I had just finished bathing
I dressed up into my traditional knee length dress,they tailored it for me few weeks back,I wore my heals and did my face then combined my straight up
I had gained soo much lately,I didn't even play near crop-tops because I was a bit too chubby.
I went downstairs and made myself some flakes and sat down
Nkuli came from outside
Him: babe are you really eating?
Me: Yeah I am hungry
Him: finish up,we are leaving and Flakes really
Me: What?
Him: nothing,you will find me in the car.Just don't take time
We where going to his friends wedding,I was feeling it but he had to go and I had to be there with him.
I finished up and we left
The wedding was beautiful and they looked amazing,though I was very bored and really irritated because Nkuli wasn't entertaining me he was too busy with his squard and their groupies
I stood up where I was sitting and went to Nkuli who was sitting with this other lady.I was really angry I don't wanna lie.He left me all alone to entertain her?
Me: car keys I am leaving
Him: uhhm why?
Me: Now Nkuli
Him: Uhhm Lwandle please excuse us
We walked outside
Him: what the hell, why do u wanna leave?
Me: it doesn't matter,or should I call a cab?
Him: wait the girl I was with is the groom's younger sister
Me: I don't care and clearly you are not planning to leave so let me not bother you,I will take a cab.
I took my phone and dialled Thando's numbers
I told her to come fetch me and she agreed
I went back inside and waited for her
He left to his other friends but not 'Lwandle'
Thando came after an hour or so
We drove off
Her: so what's up
I chuckled
Me: he's fucking her
Her: the look,body language?
Me: I just so how tense he becomes around her when I am looking and how the girl touches his hand whenever I stare at them
Her: You should've beat her ass out because she defineatly knows about you
Me: No that would be inappropriate
Her: inappropriate my ass
Me: I'm not in the mood Thando
She drove me to my apartment
When I arrived,I odered some food and after eating I went to bed.Next day I wasn't feeling well at all and Nkuli didn't sleep home.I was soo sad I don't wanna lie.I even cried my ass off the same morning.
Anyway,I took my ass off bed and decided to go see Kevin.I missed him and I would do with some company and I thought maybe it's the Nkuli issue
I drove to his house,they buzzed me in and I drove in,then walked in
Me: Hey
Brandy: hi babe
Kev: you don't look okay,what's wrong?
Me: I don't know,maybe I am catching some flue
I was soo dizzy that I stumbled a bit
Kevin helped me sit down
Him: Keamogetswe You are not okay,I am taking you to a doctor
Me: No i uhhm
The next thing all I remembered is blocking out
I woke up in hospital
I found Kevin standing next to me
Him: Hi
Me: hi,what's wrong with me
Him: let me call the doctor
He went out and called the doctor
Him: Good afternoon
Me: Afternoon
Him: Well we've discovered some sort of small poison in your stomach although it was too small for it to react,we've managed to drain it out and the good news is the babies are safe and sound.No harm happened to them
Me: Babies?
Kev: Babies?
Him: Yes Mrs Peterson you are 4 weeks pregnant with twins
Ooh my word
Babies?
