The last post i made over here was talking about some costly assumptions that lead God's people to fall,dough i listed them but didn't analyse any,nevertheless today we'll be talking about the first one......

#PASSION_FOR_ WOMEN .

"and Samson went down to Timnath and saw a woman......of the daughters of the Philistines" ...
This quiet Verse reveals the first "slip"that ruined brother samson. The rendering appears as if,as soon as one gets down to Timnath,a woman is the only thing one sees.....No,that was not it all.
There were so many other attractions in Timnath. There were buildings,market and several thousands of light-complexioned or rather reddish, tall and were streaming the major streets of Timnath,several tourists attractions were there.

But for Samson,his attention was only caught with a woman. He saw girls only. This was a quiet weakness and presumption in Samson that he overlooked in his growing years.

He was easily fascinated by the make-ups,the hair do's and dressing . He would get lost in his thought as he imaginatively followed each passing lady with his eyes,until he no longer could have a good and clear view,then he switched to another. He took particular interest in neck twisting and body-shaking deals of the daughters of the philistines.

Once he saw a woman,he never concentrate on anything else. All discussions were suspended until he either touched the woman or caressed her. It would appear that Samson saw only Women everywhere he went. No more in Gaza,now he has shifted to the valley of Sorek,where he fell inlove with Delilah. What will one day kill a man is never strange to him.

It was not Delilah that killed Samson as we usuall blame her. What the enemy used to dislodge him was his pet of several years! You are very lucky,you have escaped several "falls".....severally at the very points of falling,there were divine interruptions,and that gave you a confidence that all was well,you assumed that since God delivered you,your misbehaviors meant nothing to Him. wedding mother of the bride dresses

Perharps,you have committed several atrocities with women ,and even sisters in your fellowship or church(as the pastor or the man of God) and you had clearly sailed through,i must tell you.... You will not always sail through... Your next attempt may be the tempter's snare.

Samson fell in Love with Delilah,just as he used to fall in love with the ones in Timnath,Gaza,Ashod and others places,but the "fall in love" at this valley of Serek was the fall of his love. It was the fall of his "fall,indeed.

Brother,do not plan to fall into that strange love,it may be your downfall,it may be the fall of your 'star' for ever,you will become a 'sport,for mere men.
